Buying a Home is an Emotional Experience

It's far too easy to become attached to a home. We're here to provide you with an independent, professional opinion so you can make the right choice.

A home inspection is an objective visual inspection of the physical structure and systems of the home. We include Thermal Imaging as a standard part of our inspections to provide the most thorough inspection possible. The inspection will arm you with detailed, unbiased information.

We'll uncover building defects, necessary repairs, safety hazards, and preventative maintenance issues that could cost you a lot of money down the road. We'll also help you understand which problems are major, and which problems can be corrected inexpensively.

Happy Customers

Ray was very thorough in his inspection and had our report ready before he left our home. He was not able to get into the crawl space of our home due to restriction of the opening; Ray offered to come back later to do the inspection underneath once we had it cleared out. Ray is very knowledgeable and honest! I would highly recommend 47 Degrees North Home Inspections!!

I liked your presentation, the on-site reporting, guarantee, and non-alarming language details of your marketing. My hope is that other office agents will choose you because of your approach. And I will recommend you, because I saw your sincerity.

Ray was very thorough and professional. Because of the excellent job that he did he saved my wife and I from making a bad purchase. He found water damage and mold that we were not previously aware of in a property that we were pursuing the purchase of. Thanks to his hard work and attention to detail this saved us much heartache and money that would have resulted from this purchase. We would definitely recommend Ray to anyone needing a home inspector.
